Everything here is lab-grown and fully insured. We will always tell you the delivery cost before you pay — there are no surprises when the parcel arrives.

How the whole process runs
- You send the hair sample. Following your quote we send a collection kit with clear instructions. Keep the hair dry and unwashed.
- We confirm and start growth. We photograph and log your sample, then begin. Growth begins once the deposit has cleared.
- We grow, cut and set. The carbon from the hair becomes the diamond, which is then cut and set in your chosen mount. This stage takes roughly 60 to 90 days.
- We send photographs and the certificate before dispatch, so you can approve what you are receiving.
- Insured delivery. Signature required, on the destination listed above.
Customs and duties
For Singapore and Malaysia deliveries, duties and shipping are already included in the price you are quoted.
For international orders we declare the parcel accurately and completely. Any import duty or tax your country assesses is payable by you on arrival. We are not able to pre-pay it, and it cannot be refunded to us — so if you would rather avoid it, let us know before ordering and we will factor it into the quote where we can.
Tracking and insurance
Every parcel is insured to its full value and sent by signed-for courier. You receive tracking details as soon as the parcel leaves us. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, we replace or refund in full and handle the insurance claim — the cost is never yours.
Common questions
Can I have it delivered to a different address?
Yes. Give us the delivery address at the point you order, including any recipient name, phone number and any access instructions for the courier.
Can the parcel be left somewhere safe?
It needs a signature. If nobody can sign, the courier will leave a card and we will rearrange — but that adds extra time, so it is better to plan for someone to receive it.
Do you ship the loose stone or the finished piece?
Both are possible. Most customers choose a finished piece in 18K gold or PT950 platinum. If you already own a setting, we can supply the loose certified stone.
What about the hair sample if something goes wrong?
If growth fails and we cannot resolve it, we either re-grow at no charge or refund you. Your sample is logged and tracked under its own project number, and it is never sold or reused for another customer.
How is the diamond graded?
Every finished stone is graded on the standard 4Cs and ships with a gemological report. All stones are lab-grown, man-made diamonds and are disclosed as such — never sold as mined natural diamonds.
